About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Manager to join our Business Development & Marketing team at TLT LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Public Sector clients, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering profitable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic client development plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Work closely with Client Relationship Partners and their teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and delivering client development activities
  • Manage client relationships and identify gaps where the firm can deepen and grow relationships
  • Develop and deliver client intelligence reports and insights to support business development efforts
  • Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support client growth
  • Manage regular Relationship Review meetings with clients to discuss progress, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of client management and business development within a professional services environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the Public Sector market and ability to identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver client intelligence reports and insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
