About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to assist in welcoming and guiding visitors at our hospital entrances. Your role will be vital in helping the public navigate our facilities.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
- Provide clear and straightforward directions to help individuals reach their intended destinations.
- Accompany patients and visitors as needed, including assistance with wheelchairs.
- Address inquiries from patients and visitors, collaborating with staff for any complex questions.
- Guide individuals to face-mask and hand sanitizing stations, ensuring these areas are well-stocked and organized.
- Offer companionship to patients during their wait times.
- Be prepared to spend the majority of your time on your feet, engaging with visitors.
