Active Community Engagement is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment for gymnastics enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Acro coach to enhance our dynamic gymnastics program.

Comprehensive training and development opportunities will be provided, including on-the-job training in essential areas such as safeguarding, DBS, and First Aid.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience, ranging from £12.00 to £20.00 (Part-time).

Position Overview:

As an Acro coach, you will:

  • Lead and oversee Acro classes and the elite program.
  • Develop and expand the elite Acro curriculum.
  • Ensure all sessions comply with British Gymnastics standards and policies.
  • Manage and mentor the Acro coaching team.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress.
  • Uphold welfare and safeguarding protocols in alignment with British Gymnastics.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least a British Gymnastics Level 2 acrobatics coaching qualification.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A quick learning aptitude with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • A responsible demeanor and exemplary role model qualities.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Previous experience in a management role is advantageous.
