The ideal candidate will oversee the collaboration between Property Management and Hospitality Services, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Office Space Oversight:**
- Manage the user experience and journey throughout the facility.

2. **Operational Escalation Point:**
- Serve as the primary contact for operational challenges across the campus in the UK and EMEA regions.

3. **Initiative Implementation:**
- Support and manage the execution of agreed-upon initiatives, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

4. **Vendor Management:**
- Assist teams in overseeing Hospitality vendors across EMEA, utilizing KPIs and industry expertise.

5. **Compliance Assurance:**
- Ensure quality, statutory, and legislative compliance through effective service delivery aligned with client expectations.

6. **Client On-Site Solutions Management:**
- Develop and manage service delivery, maintaining operational and commercial compliance in line with client and company standards.

7. **Client Satisfaction Improvement:**
- Continuously seek ways to enhance client satisfaction, as evidenced by key performance indicators and consistent performance levels in a dynamic business environment.

8. **Legislative Knowledge:**
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of current legislation, environmental issues, and quality standards, including sustainability impacts on energy.

9. **Communication:**
- Facilitate communication among all building users and senior stakeholders regarding On-Site Solutions activities that affect business operations.

10. **Vendor Coordination:**
- Manage vendor access and support for ad hoc services, ensuring alignment with client service delivery expectations.

Essential Skills:
- Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels of seniority within the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and well-organized.
