As the Client Relations Supervisor for a premier facility in Mayfair and St Pauls, London, your role is essential in ensuring the well-being and delivering exceptional experiences for both staff and visitors.

Role Responsibilities

Your daily tasks as our Client Relations Supervisor encompass promoting meeting and event spaces to both internal and external clients, serving as the primary liaison for coordination and service execution.

Your empathetic and considerate approach will be crucial in fostering a work environment that accommodates individual aspirations, requirements, and preferences.

In this capacity, you will be expected to devise creative solutions and contribute to the overarching goal of transforming work into a space where every individual can flourish.

Key Duties

  • Greet and engage our Private Bank clientele with warmth and bid them farewell upon their departure
  • Proactively cultivate, develop, and sustain robust relationships with both prospective and existing key accounts within our client portfolio
  • Establish a comprehensive database of client preferences to ensure all needs are met
  • Efficiently manage the online internal marketing initiatives.
  • Receive, process, prepare, and deliver food and beverage orders and experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in service and back-of-house areas

Professional and Personal Skills/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic Hospitality & Events environment or sales setting within the catering and hospitality industry
  • Thorough understanding of meetings, conferences, events, and private members' sectors
  • Confident communicator across all channels, including face-to-face interactions, and comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers
  • Effective team player with a vibrant, outgoing personality, possessing a natural talent for networking
  • Proficient in IT across various systems with an interest in web management
