About the Role:
Citizen Relations is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Executive to join our Consumer practice. As a key member of the account team, you will provide support across a range of tasks, including administration, media relations, influencer marketing, coverage monitoring and reporting, writing and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing counsel and recommendations on influencer and media strategies. Communicate updates on status calls and team meetings, and offer counsel based on areas of expertise.
- Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and succinctly, demonstrating highly efficient listening skills and consistently communicating with team members to ensure they are completely clear on a task before delivering on it. Develop writing skills, including press releases and other copy, such as social posts.
- Campaign Execution: Show keen attention to detail and accuracy in supporting roles during campaign execution. Demonstrate proactivity in executing own campaign actions and take accountability for work, presenting it back to the team with pride. Develop and follow simple project plans and support in execution of programs and tactics, including gift bag and event preparation, meeting confirmations, and travel bookings.
- Account Management: Ensure all key account management documents are updated daily, completed accurately, and presented without mistakes. Familiarize yourself with budget cost trackers and keep them up to date as costs are incurred throughout campaigns and day-to-day account running. Provide updates in client calls and meetings on media relations and bring creativity and media insights to brainstorms.
