Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Duty Manager, you will oversee our team during shifts to ensure exceptional guest experiences, placing guest satisfaction at the forefront of our service. You will achieve this by being an effective team leader, inspiring and mentoring your colleagues to uphold our commitment to care. Above all, you will infuse your role with a sense of joy and positivity, helping to maintain a vibrant atmosphere within our teams.

Key Qualifications

? A proactive approach to tasks, ensuring efficiency and follow-up as needed.

? Familiarity with MEWS is advantageous but not mandatory.
