Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of immunisers and other healthcare professionals in delivering a high-quality immunisation service.
- Conduct clinical assessments of patients prior to vaccination and provide specialist advice as needed.
- Supervise the preparation and administration of vaccines, ensuring compliance with evidence-based policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide highly specialist advice and technical services in relation to patient care.
- Work with minimal supervision to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
- Handle complex technical information and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Collect and transport cool boxes to clinic locations, requiring a clean driver's license and use of own vehicle for work purposes.
