About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Oasis Community Learning. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our leaders and staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional services to our communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to our leaders and staff, focusing on reflective practice, clinical practice, and professional development.
  • Support the improvement of support and care to staff and their service users.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

Requirements

  • Professional Supervision Qualification
  • Education to degree level or above
  • Experience of supervising senior leaders in areas relevant to Oasis
  • Experience of leading people and teams
  • Commitment to working within the Oasis ethos and 9 habits
