About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for Youth Mental Health. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will provide individual supervision for qualified CBT therapists, contribute to CPD planning, and oversee the development of their clinical work.

In addition to supervision, your role will involve ensuring safe and professional practice, adherence to guidelines, and managing your own small caseload. You will also build relations with the clinical leadership team to develop innovative positive clinical change and help the service achieve excellent client care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving mental health support team and contribute to the development of the clinical supervision strategy for the service.

Key Responsibilities
