Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Oasis Community Learning. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our leaders and staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services to our communities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our leaders. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to our leaders, helping them to reflect on their practice and develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality supervision and guidance to our leaders, helping them to reflect on their practice and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Support the development of our leaders, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of our leadership team, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
Requirements
  • Professional Supervision Qualification
  • Experience of supervising senior leaders in areas relevant to Oasis Community Learning
  • Experience of leading people and teams
  • Commitment to working within the Oasis ethos and 9 habits
