About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Police Enquiry Officer. As a key member of our community support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to the public, responding to enquiries and incidents in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial response to reported crimes and incidents, gathering information and providing support to victims and witnesses.
  • Respond to public enquiries, providing advice, information, and guidance on policing responsibilities and procedures.
  • Record and document information accurately and efficiently, using various systems and software.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and agencies to resolve incidents and provide support to the community.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
