Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Account Executive to oversee the commercial management of our retail accounts. This role encompasses various responsibilities including sales management, project oversight, relationship development, pricing strategies, sales analysis, and account enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full profit and loss accountability for the assigned accounts.
  • Foster and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders, offering support and guidance as necessary.
  • Participate in all relevant new product development sessions and stay informed about ongoing projects and discussions related to retail accounts.
  • Collaborate with the New Product Development (NPD) team to create and manage timelines for new products and projects, clearly defining responsibilities for all tasks.
  • Assist the NPD team in preparing presentations, ensuring that indicative pricing and market insights are included.
  • Provide essential information such as briefs, volume estimates, and timelines to the commercial team to facilitate accurate pricing.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, actual performance, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Team to effectively manage and resolve complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of retail business performance, focusing on sales, profitability, new product introductions, and future objectives.
  • Perform product and range assessments to maintain an up-to-date database of products relevant to our retail operations.
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities with retail accounts and other food service clients.

Work Environment: This position will require a commitment of 4 to 5 days a week in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
