Regional Sales Executive

Are you experienced in the giftware sector?

Do you thrive in a role that combines client relationship management with strategic growth?

MacGregor Black is collaborating with a prominent Giftware Firm to find a dedicated Regional Sales Executive. This role is designed to be fully remote, with the expectation of regular travel across various locations.

In the capacity of Regional Sales Executive, you will oversee sales initiatives, drive business growth, and manage client relationships within a designated area in the UK. You will also be accountable for ensuring a seamless customer experience, which includes the management of account-related tasks.

Key Duties:

  • Overseeing client accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure our brand is effectively represented to the appropriate clientele.
  • Managing both new and established key accounts as well as independent retailers.
  • Conducting regular client meetings to enhance service levels and boost sales.
  • Partnering with the Sales Director to evaluate sales metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meeting monthly and annual financial objectives along with key performance indicators.
  • Representing the brand at trade shows and exhibitions multiple times a year.
  • Providing regular updates to the Sales Director regarding sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and adaptable to change.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Relevant experience in sales or retail environments.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • A positive, proactive attitude.
  • Quick to learn new processes, procedures, and concepts.
