IT Support Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team at Saunders Scott. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Resolve technical issues and escalate major incidents as needed
- Document knowledge base with known resolutions and update ticketing system
- Assist with pre-sales scoping and quoting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Previous experience in an IT support environment, providing resolution directly to end-users
- Experience with service management toolsets, remote monitoring, and management
- Competent in networking, WLAN, WAN, LAN configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop Support and relevant technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Previous experience offering support of core and common components of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Office 365
