Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including drafting letters and documents, photocopying, and conducting legal research.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring file notes of all telephone conversations and meetings are prepared.
- Diary Management: Arrange fixed fee client interviews and manage diaries to ensure efficient use of time.
- Training and Development: Attend training sessions and networking events to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Confidentiality and Accuracy: Handle and manage confidential information and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Administration or Legal Secretary Experience: Possess administration or legal secretary experience and skills, including letter and document writing/drafting and copy typing.
- Professional Manner: Demonstrate a professional manner and ability to handle and manage confidential information/documents.
