Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Pomeroy. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Respond to and resolve technical queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of client systems, including PCs, mobile devices, and other technical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of technical processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a technical support or field service role.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining technical equipment and systems.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
