Job Summary

Vodafone UK is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Office IT team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support services to internal and external system users, ensuring that our tools and systems are fit for purpose and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support services to internal and external system users with any Office IT-related questions or queries.
  • Offer second-line support to internal and external system users via our ticket system.
  • Support new joiners into the business with initial laptop setup.
  • Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.
  • Perform hardware recycling activities and build/distribute devices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Microsoft operating systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in laptop/desktop hardware maintenance (preferably Lenovo or Dell).
  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to make a difference to our end users.
  • Ability to communicate with a range of internal stakeholders via different means of communication.
  • Good attention to detail.
