Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager for UK Tax Solutions is a domain authority responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and priorities of our suite of UK Tax offerings. This role encompasses the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution. A deep understanding of customer and user requirements is essential, as is the ability to communicate these needs clearly across the organization. Collaboration with design and engineering teams is crucial to transform these insights into actionable priorities, compelling roadmaps, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Vision: Leverage your expertise in the UK Tax Professionals market to navigate the evolving landscape of UK tax regulations and develop strategic solutions for tax and accounting firms.
  • Product Intuition: Cultivate a strong understanding of customer challenges and business opportunities, proposing effective solutions with appropriate guidance.
  • Product Development: Establish a clear vision for product development, maintain the product roadmap, and collaborate closely with development and UX teams to ensure efficient execution. Act as the voice of the customer for engineering teams, prioritize the product backlog based on value, and utilize metrics to track progress.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take full responsibility for the performance and reliability of our UK Tax products, ensuring a positive client experience. Demonstrate resilience by learning from experiences and effectively communicating the product vision to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
    • UK Tax qualification
    • Extensive experience in Product Management
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years of relevant Product Management experience
    • Strong problem-solving skills
