Role Overview

The Senior Tax Product Manager for the UK serves as a domain authority, guiding the vision, strategy, and priorities for our suite of UK Tax products. This role encompasses the complete product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution. A deep understanding of customer and user requirements is essential, enabling effective communication of these needs across the organization. Collaboration with design and engineering teams is key to transforming these insights into prioritized roadmaps and impactful, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership in the UK Tax Market: You will leverage your expertise in the evolving UK tax landscape to craft strategic solutions tailored for UK Tax and Accounting firms.
  • Product Intuition Development: Assess customer challenges and business opportunities, proposing viable solutions with appropriate guidance.
  • World-Class Product Development: Establish a clear product vision and maintain the product roadmap, working closely with development and UX teams to ensure efficient execution. Act as the customer advocate for engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, while utilizing metrics to track progress.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take full responsibility for the performance and reliability of our UK Tax products, ensuring a positive client experience. Demonstrate resilience by learning from experiences and effectively promoting the product vision.
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Experience in the UK Tax Professional Accounting sector.
    • Innovative mindset with a strong focus on customer needs.
    • Agile approach with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills, conveying confidence and clarity to various stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Senior Tax Product Manager role will possess:

  • UK Tax qualification
  • Proven experience in Product Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management
