About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UK Tax Product Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, direction, and priorities for our UK Tax products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK tax landscape and legislation, and use this knowledge to inform the development of strategic solutions for UK Tax and Accounting firms.
  • Customer Advocacy: Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to inform product development and prioritization.
  • Product Roadmap and Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, and work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to junior product managers and other team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, and use data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • UK Tax Qualification: Hold a UK tax qualification, such as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or a Certified Tax Adviser (CTA) designation.
  • Product Management Experience: Have at least 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on tax or accounting products.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
