Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager for UK Tax Solutions is a domain authority responsible for shaping the vision, direction, and priorities of our suite of UK Tax offerings. This role encompasses the full product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution. A deep understanding of customer and user requirements is essential, enabling effective communication of these needs across the organization. Collaboration with design and engineering teams is crucial to translate these insights into clear priorities, engaging roadmaps, and impactful, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Exhibit Leadership and Vision in the UK Tax Professional market. You will navigate the evolving UK tax landscape and legislation, crafting strategic solutions for UK Tax and Accounting firms within our award-winning product suite.
  • Enhance Product Intuition by analyzing and interpreting customer challenges, business needs, and opportunities, while proposing viable solutions with moderate guidance.
  • Develop World-Class Products by establishing a clear product vision and maintaining the product roadmap. Collaborate closely with development teams and UX designers to execute the roadmap effectively, ensuring the customer voice is prioritized in the engineering process.
  • Demonstrate Ownership of our UK Tax products, ensuring their performance and reliability while providing clients with exceptional experiences. You will showcase your ability to learn from experiences, recover from setbacks, and advocate for the product vision among colleagues.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need to be:
  • Experienced in the UK Tax Professional Accounting sector. Previous experience with UK Tax and Accounting firms or similar environments is preferred.
  • Curious and Innovative, with a strong focus on understanding customer challenges and collaborating with customers, partners, and colleagues to devise unique solutions.
  • Agile with a sense of urgency, thriving in a fast-paced environment to deliver solutions within strict timelines, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • An Effective Communicator who conveys confidence and clarity in interactions with management, peers, customers, and partners.

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates for the Senior Product Manager position will possess:

  • UK Tax qualification
  • Extensive experience in Product Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Proven Leadership abilities
  • Design Thinking proficiency
