Job Summary:

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our Private Client Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients, including UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad hoc income and capital taxes planning, including offshore structuring, remittance, and domicile advice.
  • Advise on shareholder planning, transaction-related personal tax issues, and PE work.
  • Develop and implement business development and networking initiatives to grow our client base.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality tax services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in private client tax, with a strong understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex tax issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
