Position Overview:
As a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Finance Director. Your primary responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly management accounts, general accounting tasks, and overseeing payroll for a workforce of 100 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
- Prepare and input data into Sage Accounts for monthly reporting.
- Support the Finance Assistant with any inquiries related to Sage.
- Generate and distribute Monthly Debtors Lists from Sage for management review.
- Collect and update Group Car Insurance details with insurers, ensuring the Insurance MID database reflects any changes.
- Address day-to-day banking and accounting queries as they arise.
- Maintain and report Daily Cash Flow figures to the Finance Director.

Payroll Administration:
- Take full responsibility for the accurate entry and verification of all aspects of monthly payroll and Pension Scheme.
- Calculate and reconcile monthly PAYE and National Insurance contributions to HMRC.
- Handle general payroll inquiries and address employee salary-related questions.
- Oversee year-end payroll processes and calculate Class 1A National Insurance due to HMRC.
- Resolve ad-hoc payroll queries through the helpline.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in monthly accounting and payroll management is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of £35,000-£45,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
