About the Role
This permanent position is well-suited to an individual looking to advance their career in the finance sector and gain industry-leading experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Raising Purchase Orders and Invoices and processing goods receipts and GRIR.
- Managing Purchasing and Invoice Queries and processing overtime as required.
- Collating Data from internal and external databases and contacts.
- Maintaining Internal Tracking Systems and assisting with ongoing and ad-hoc projects.
- Providing Industry-Leading Customer Service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- GCSE Level in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Previous Experience working in a responsible finance administrative role.
- Microsoft Office and Google Applications experience.
- Organisational Skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
