Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at Blue Arrow Glasgow. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing and analyzing financial data.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
