Finance Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at Blue Arrow Glasgow. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing and analyzing financial data.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
