About the Role

This permanent position is well-suited to an individual looking to advance their career in the finance sector and gain industry-leading experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Raising Purchase Orders and Invoices and processing goods receipts and GRIR.
  • Managing Purchasing and Invoice Queries and processing overtime as required.
  • Collating Data from internal and external databases and contacts.
  • Maintaining Internal Tracking Systems and assisting with ongoing and ad-hoc projects.
  • Providing Industry-Leading Customer Service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • GCSE Level in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Previous Experience working in a responsible finance administrative role.
  • Microsoft Office and Google Applications experience.
  • Organisational Skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
