Competitive Salary up to £42,000 per annum (pro rata), based on experience
26 hours per week
Working Hours:
- Monday: 10am - 4pm (6 hours)
- Wednesday: 8am - 4pm (7.5 hours)
- Friday: 8am - 4pm (7.5 hours)
- Saturday: 8am - 1pm (5 hours)

Role Overview:
Our Physiotherapy team is currently seeking a Lead Physiotherapist to join our dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in delivering flagship programs aimed at providing exceptional clinical care while positively impacting local communities through our advanced facilities and expert team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries and workplace-related issues.
- Provide high-quality clinical care that is evidence-based, safe, effective, compassionate, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of treatment provided continuously.
- Adhere to all professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards, participating in clinical audits and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration from the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and training, demonstrating a commitment to personal growth as a practitioner.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient manual therapy skills.
- Competent IT skills with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload efficiently.
