Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the management of musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of musculoskeletal disorders, including acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and best practice guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members, promoting professional development and growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and developing clinical programs
  • Strong knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and ability to apply these in clinical practice
  • Acupuncture and Pilates experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Availability for on-call, weekend duties, and altered working patterns as clinically appropriate
  • HCPC Registration
