About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Excellent Clinical Care: Work with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports to workplace-related injuries, and deliver evidence-based care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor the standard of treatment provided and ensure compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Physiotherapy team, management, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Continuing Professional Development: Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Skills: Excellent manual therapy skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
