About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Excellent Clinical Care: Work with patients to assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach.
  • Lead Clinical Team: Provide clinical leadership and support to junior physiotherapists, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement: Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care and patient safety.
  • Develop and Implement Programs: Work with the clinical team to develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and reduce musculoskeletal conditions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience: Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and leading clinical teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
