About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Berkshire Independent Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior physiotherapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team leading and mentoring.
  • Strong knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and ability to apply them in practice.
  • Acupuncture and Pilates experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Availability for on-call, weekend duties, and altered working patterns as clinically appropriate.
