About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and inpatient care.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy to ensure the highest standard of care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and ability to apply them in clinical practice.
  • Acupuncture and Pilates experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability for on-call, weekend duties, and altered working patterns where clinically appropriate.
  • HCPC Registration.
