Position Overview
As a Lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Nuffield Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services. This position is part-time, offering a competitive salary based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse range of musculoskeletal issues, including those arising from sports and occupational injuries.
- Provide exceptional clinical care that adheres to evidence-based practices, ensuring safety, effectiveness, compassion, and responsiveness to patient needs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of treatment provided to patients.
- Comply with all professional and clinical governance standards, actively participating in clinical audits and quality assurance initiatives.

Role Requirements
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A BSc in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification, with registration from the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and training, demonstrating your commitment to advancing your skills.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Proficient manual therapy skills and a solid understanding of IT systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload efficiently.
