About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Reading FWC. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering excellent clinical care to our patients, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports to workplace-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Previous relevant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
