About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our Endoscopy Unit at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a clinical team, championing the delivery of high-quality care, and promoting patient safety and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and champion patient safety within the endoscopy service, identifying potential issues and encouraging staff to report safety concerns.
  • Develop and implement governance strategies to ensure compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation and maintain high-quality care standards.
  • Provide clinical expertise and act as a resource for the Endoscopy team.
  • Lead and organize the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and promoting patient safety.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
