Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership to the endoscopy service, leading and managing a clinical team, and championing the delivery of the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Champion Patient Safety: Identify potential issues and encourage staff to report safety concerns, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
  • Governance and Compliance: Champion clinical effectiveness, ensure compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework, and national standards, such as CQC/HIW/HIS/JAG/BSG Regulation, fundamentals of care, professional standards, and evidence-based guidelines.
  • JAG Accreditation: Work with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation, demonstrating excellence in endoscopy services.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide clinical expertise, act as a resource, and lead the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
  • Team Development: Support the development of a trained, motivated, and compassionate team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
