Endoscopy Clinical Director

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our Endoscopy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and championing clinical excellence within the Endoscopy service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and champion patient safety within the Endoscopy service, identifying potential issues and encouraging staff to report safety concerns.
- Develop and implement governance activities, ensuring compliance with national standards and Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation.
- Provide clinical expertise and act as a resource for the Endoscopy team.
- Lead and organize the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
