Endoscopy Clinical Director

About the Role
Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our Endoscopy Unit. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a clinical team, championing patient safety, and promoting governance activity within the endoscopy service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and champion patient safety within the endoscopy service, identifying potential issues and encouraging staff to report safety concerns.
- Develop and implement local strategy, promoting clinical excellence and ensuring compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework and national standards.
- Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation.
- Provide clinical expertise and act as a resource within the Endoscopy area.
- Lead and organize the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
