Endoscopy Clinical Director

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our Endoscopy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, championing clinical excellence, and driving the success of our Endoscopy service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and champion patient safety within the Endoscopy service, identifying potential issues and encouraging staff to report concerns.
- Develop and implement governance strategies to ensure compliance with national standards and Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to the Endoscopy team, acting as a resource and mentor.
- Organize and lead the activities of the Endoscopy unit, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
