Endoscopy Clinical Director

As a Clinical Leader for Endoscopy at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the highest standards of patient care. Our patients, customers, and partners deserve the best, and we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that inspire confidence in our care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and champion patient safety within the endoscopy service, identifying potential issues and encouraging staff to report concerns.
- Drive governance activity, promoting clinical effectiveness and ensuring compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework and national standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation.
- Provide clinical expertise within the Endoscopy area and act as a resource for the team.
- Lead and organize the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
