Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our Endoscopy team at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership to the endoscopy service, leading and managing a clinical team, and championing the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and champion patient safety within the endoscopy service, identifying potential issues and encouraging staff to report safety concerns.
  • Lead and promote governance activity, championing clinical effectiveness and ensuring compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework and national standards.
  • Work with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation.
  • Provide clinical expertise within the Endoscopy area and act as a resource for the team.
  • Lead and organize the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
