Endoscopy Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our Endoscopy team at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership to the endoscopy service, leading and managing a clinical team, and championing the delivery of the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Champion Patient Safety: Identify potential issues and encourage staff to report safety concerns, ensuring a safe and effective environment for patients.
- Governance and Compliance: Promote governance activity, champion clinical effectiveness, and ensure full compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework and national standards.
- JAG Accreditation: Work with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve JAG accreditation, demonstrating excellence in endoscopy services.
- Leadership and Management: Provide clinical expertise, act as a resource, and lead the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day-to-day basis.
- Team Development: Support the development of a trained, motivated, and compassionate team, delivering high-quality care to patients.
