Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling holidays to destinations within Asia, utilizing your excellent customer service skills and sales expertise to maximize opportunities and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customer Needs: Utilize effective questioning techniques to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Overcome Objections: Develop and implement strategies to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer Expert Advice: Provide expert advice and personal recommendations on holiday destinations to customers.
  • Work towards and Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Process Customer Payments: Process customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Great Level of Customer Service: Build and maintain a repeat customer base by providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong Sales Skills: Possess strong sales skills and a proven sales track record gained within the travel sector.
  • Experience in Selling Holidays: Have experience in selling holidays to destinations within Asia.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of holiday products and destinations within Asia.
  • Confident Telephone Manner: Possess a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills: Possess excellent time management skills to manage calls and leads.
  • Flexible Approach: Possess a flexible approach to working hours.
