Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Executive Search Researcher to join our international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality candidate research, engaging with candidates through phone interviews and vetting processes, and providing insights for VHR's positioning and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and map potential candidates within the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering sectors.
  • Engage with candidates through phone interviews and vetting processes to ensure accurate and precise research findings.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for VHR's positioning and growth strategies, including competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Director of VHR Executive Search to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Train and mentor new team members as the company grows.
