We are seeking an individual who can assist in transforming the possibilities for our IT Products and Platforms team.

Role Overview:

You will be accountable for supporting Gatwick's data products and platforms, catering to the varied requirements of our stakeholders. Your role will involve guiding the comprehension and analysis of data and business needs, ensuring alignment on outcomes for effective change delivery alongside our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with third-party delivery partners to meet agreed outcomes aligned with business objectives. Engage with business stakeholders at all levels to comprehend, document, or review business requirements. Conduct technical analysis of data, including data profiling and modeling, and document source-to-target mappings. Assist our business in utilizing all data platform capabilities, covering data warehousing, governance, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Perform initial defect triage to identify root causes of data issues in collaboration with stakeholders. Support change management and testing processes to ensure all production releases are fit for purpose. Deliver stakeholder communications, ensuring comprehensive and accurate awareness of data services at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree-level qualification in Technology (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent experience. Relevant product certifications/ ITIL (desirable). Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and integration tools like SQL, Google Big Query, Databricks, Postman. Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities. Solid experience in data modeling, analytics, big data, and business intelligence. Experience collaborating with third-party delivery partners to achieve business results. Background in complex and highly integrated IT environments. Proficiency in various delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile. Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in delivering ad-hoc user training and providing support to end users. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical information for a non-technical audience. Proven stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to shape, document, and translate business needs. Knowledge of IT market trends, particularly in data analytics. Understanding of service management frameworks.
