About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our dynamic financial advisory team at Reed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own allocated bank of clients, working closely with our team of expert advisers to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your own bank of clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with financial advisers to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to support financial recommendations and strategies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review financial documents, reports, and summaries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings alongside advisers, contributing to discussions and providing technical support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation to provide up-to-date advice and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure a seamless client experience by managing administrative tasks and client communications efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Paraplanner, with a track record of managing client relationships.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial planning software and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Qualifications: Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) are highly desirable.
  • Travel: Travel to other offices when required.
