Job Summary

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited (BCASEL) is a leading Maintenance Repair Organisation with EASA and UK CAA approvals. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-shift escalation support for Production Planning queries, representing the department at internal and external meetings, and collaborating with the Boeing Part 145 Technical Services Team to ensure deliverable plans are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust production plans for maintenance inputs, including building work packages in AMOS and inputting technical data.
  • Perform reviews of work packages to ensure all consumables, expendables, and tooling are identified and readily available for planned maintenance inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Production Planning at all times.
  • Build accurate Man Hour and Hangar Bay plans for review by Management and QA.
  • Represent Production Planning during internal and external audits.
  • Take ownership of department objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Production Planning Engineer to create cross-team dynamics and ensure processes and procedures are monitored and updated.
  • Monitor compliance through sampling.
  • Participate in or host required pre-input meetings.
  • Continuously monitor processes to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved.
  • Verify that prior to start of input, there have been no revision changes to the approved data.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in a maintenance planning environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience using the AMOS system.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aircraft Engineering Degree is desirable.
  • Previous experience on widebody and/or ETOPS aircraft is an advantage.

Work Authorisation

This position requires current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.

Relocation

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
