  • Diploma in Financial Planning: Commitment to completing this qualification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Workload Management: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage your workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Capable of working independently and as part of a team, even under pressure.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in IT and willingness to learn relevant back-office systems.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of FCA principles, Consumer Duty, Data Protection Act 2018, and GDPR 2018.
