Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Support Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our platform and its features to provide expert-level support to clients.
  • User Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new users, ensuring a seamless experience and providing guidance on platform usage.
  • Support and Escalation: Provide comprehensive support to clients, addressing queries and escalating issues to other teams as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and suggest improvements to our platform and services.
  • Utility Log Management: Manage utility logs using our CRM database, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.
  • Project Delivery and Support: Take ownership of the Project Delivery and Support mailbox, prioritizing workload effectively and maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Generate and analyze monitoring statistics to inform business decisions and improve platform performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of conference calls and meetings, distributing notes promptly and demonstrating ownership of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
  • Business Acumen: Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new working methods to provide expert-level support.
  • Administrative Skills: Possess strong administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Have intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.
